Weekly. The page shows the latest snapshot date in the green pill above the stats. OSM datacenter=yes plus Unearth Data Intelligence for hyperscale operators.
Can I use this commercially?
Yes, under the source license (ODbL + Unearth DI). Attribution is required where required by the source. The Enterprise license adds bulk export rights, removes attribution requirements for derived products, and includes a commercial-use SLA.
How do I get the full (non-sampled) dataset?
The page shows a sampled subset for browser-side speed. Full datasets are available via the Agents API on the Pro tier (5,000 calls/mo) or Enterprise (unlimited + bulk export). Talk to sales for one-time exports.
Do you include hyperscale operators?
Yes — Equinix, Digital Realty, NTT, Google, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Oracle, Meta, Apple, and the major regional operators. Where we can verify, we tag operator + IT load. We also include retail colocation, government/research, and shuttered facilities (status field).
