Which product fits me?
Atlas for self-serve location intelligence (free tier + paid tiers). Insights for teams making real decisions on real-estate or expansion (custom, sales-led, hands-on). Agents for developers building AI tools that need infrastructure data programmatically (self-serve API).
Can I use multiple products?
Yes — many customers do. A real-estate firm might use Insights for site analysis, Atlas for self-serve analysis, and Agents for their internal tools. They share the same dataset foundation, so insights you generate in one carry across.
Is there a free tier for Insights?
Insights itself is sales-led and custom — no free tier. But Unearth Atlas has a free tier (10 queries/mo, 100 records) for evaluation. If you need more, Atlas Pro is $199/mo, or Insights for custom engagement.
What's the time-series feature?
We snapshot every dataset weekly to versioned archive storage. Customers (especially Agents) can query historical changes — what's been added, removed, or moved — between any two dates. Unique to Unearth; no other infrastructure data provider does this.
Do you offer non-profit or academic discounts?
Yes — for Insights, we discount up to 50% for non-profits and academic researchers. For Agents, free + Starter tiers cover most academic use without needing a discount. Reach out.
What licenses cover the underlying data?
Mostly ODbL (OpenStreetMap-derived) and CC BY-SA 4.0 (Open Charge Map). All freely re-distributable. Customers can build commercial products on top without separate licensing — a real advantage vs Esri / SafeGraph / Foursquare data.
